La historia, ningun mandamiento explicado...

Este libro supuestamente es para niños chiquitos, pero la verdad, lo encuentro un poco aburrido para niñitos.
Primero, al ver el título, uno podría pensar que el libro explica los 10 Mandamientos para los niños chiquitos, pero no es así. El libro más que todo es una historia de Moisés y el pueblo de Israel cuando salieron de Egipto.
Página 1: explica que los 10 Mandamientos son las "reglas" de Dios.
Página 2: explica que los Israelitas que eran esclavos en Egipto (muy bueno si uno quiere un estudio de la historia explicando "Israelitas", "esclavos" y "Egipto" a un niño chiquito).
Página 3: sobre el arbusto ardiendo
Página 4: sobre cuando Dios separó las aguas del mar
Página 5: sobre maná
Páginas 6-9: sobre Moisés subiendo el monte y recibiendo los Mandamientos.
Por fin llegamos a dos páginas con los 10 Mandamientos, pero no es nada más que una lista, y además está escrito con palabras de adultos, sin explicar lo que significan.
Yo esperaba encontrar un libro con una explicación sencilla de lo que significa cada Mandamiento para que los niños puedan entenderlos mejor, pero este más bien es un libro con toda la historia (abreviada) del pueblo de Israel y Moisés terminando con una lista de los 10 Mandamientos al final.
Lo peor es que la lista está escrita con palabras que ningun niño chiquito va a entender: "Adorarás solamente a Dios" "Santifica un día para Dios" "Honrarás a tu padre" "No codiciarás." A lo mejor este libro sirve para un niño más grandecito que quiere aprender toda la historia, pero es muy complicado para los chiquititos y no ayuda nada explicar el significado de los 10 Mandamientos para un niño.
